Here's a list of different sites that may help in creating characters. Feel free to suggest other sites and they'll be added to the list.

Height/Weight -

This is a useful site if you want to get a visual idea on what your character's weight looks like at their height. Obviously not everybody shares the same body type, but it might still give you an idea on what they look like. It gives you different examples of real life people - users submit their photos and they're added to the chart.
